Vehicles are made available to student     organisations only for official purposes. Application forms with the signatures of the chairperson and the Director: Student Affairs must be submitted.

• Vehicle Pool – get application form and/or  tariffs

  Treasurer of  association places booking on computer in SR office
• Student Affairs – get application form (section C) approved, J.L. Ghalpie, 808 2493
• Vehicle Pool – Take fully completed application to offices and get key(s) for vehicle(s).

Residences

Vehicles are made available to hostels only for official purposes. Application     forms must be completed. Applications for minibusses for sport events are arranged by the Sports Bureau.

The keys for vehicles booked for a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) must please     be collected before 15:00 on Friday. Offices are closed over the weekend.
