Centre of Process Engineering
The Centre of Process Engineering is the research, development and service organization of the Department of Process Engineering. The Centre was established in 1999 with the aim of making the expertise and knowledge of the personnel and facilities of the Department available to industry and the interested public.
At the Centre, research is grouped into seven research themes. Our academic personnel welcome projects in research and development, primarily in the areas as described above.
The aims of the Centre can be summarized as follows:
- To undertake research in development and new applications in our areas of expertise and to make the results known and available through conferences, patents and publications in reputable journals.
- To offer the knowledge and infrastructure of the department to industry and other academic institutions by means of collaboration in research projects, design and problem solving.
- To provide training to qualified engineers by means of advanced and continued education.
All companies, universities and other research institutions are invited to contact the Director of the Centre Prof. C. Aldrich, should you wish to make use of our services, or conduct joint projects and collaborations with the Centre.
